Seoul is shifting gears. The initial pink haze of the blossoms is making way for t-shirt weather and peak outdoor energy. We’re moving from tactical chess nights to a massive Seoul Spring Festival takeover of the entire Han River: drone shows, floating carousels, and ramyun in the sky.

This weekend is a global collision: we’ve got Tokyo’s underground queen Licaxxx taking over the Hyatt, a high-energy Block Party in Seongsu, and even a Drag Brunch in Noksapyeong to keep the afternoon unsteady. Whether you’re running Namsan for a breakfast burrito or celebrating 13 years of Owl Lounge, the city is wide open.

Seoul Spring Festival 2026 (Hangang River Parks)

Seoul's biggest spring event just got a serious upgrade! 26 days instead of last year's 7, and the entire Han River is the stage this time: drone light shows over the water, a floating merry-go-round, a Pokemon Road Show walk, K-culture performances, and the legendary "Hangang Ramyun in the Sky" experience zone. You can ride the Hangang Bus (boats) between piers, scan QR codes for prizes, and find your favorite corner of the river. There's genuinely something for everyone and you don't even need to plan hard, just pull up and wander.

VANS x MUSINSA: 60 Years of Authentic (Seongsu)

Celebrating six decades of the shoe that built subculture. Expect archive exhibitions from legendary collectors, silk-screen performances, and a chance to make your own custom fingerboard or keying.

How Ghosts Move: 2026 Straw Pick (Gangnam)

Inspired by the AKMU track, this exhibition asks: what movements in our daily lives do we take for granted? Three artists (Shin Nakyung, Oh Euijin, Lee Gyuri) turn the gallery into a "playground" for cyborgs and scenography. You can even press a button to "play" the sequence of the room.

DiiiiiiiD Pop-up Store (Jamsil)

The Hongdae and Sinchon favorite finally lands in Jamsil. Previously only found in Suwon, this 10-day pop-up brings the signature DiiiiiiiD curation to the east side.
